The 5km rule no longer applies when inspecting a villa or apartment for sale at the village.

Appointments

Viewings are permitted by private appointment. You can find contact details for each village by clicking on the village logos below.

Once you have made an appointment, we will provide confirmation via email or text message.

Personal tours may be taken by you and your partner. Density quotas will be observed. You will be required to register by QR code upon arrival at the sales suite.

Established homes

If you are interested in an established home, you will be able to inspect villas that are already vacant.

However, as visits to private homes are not permitted for the next two weeks, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer inspections of villas that are still occupied by the vendor resident.

Please speak to the Village Manager prior to visiting the village to avoid disappointment.

Safety

Please do not attend if you have symptoms of Covid19 or are self-isolating as required for Diagnosed Persons or Close Contacts.

Physical distancing must be observed, and a face mask must be worn.

The property will be well ventilated prior to your visit and include the opening of windows, and all internal and external doors during the viewing.

Hand sanitiser will be available at all villa inspections. We require its use prior to entry into each home, and gloves will be available so you can be assured that it is safe to open doors and cabinetry during your inspection.
