Tony has had approximately twenty years of experience in the retirement village and aged care industry. For the first ten years Tony worked for Australian Retirement Communities and later as Executive Finance Director for Third Age. During his time at Third Age Tony was actively involved in all operational and finance aspects of the Third Age business including the development and commissioning of four new aged care facilities.
