Armstrong Green Sales Office moving
While many of us retreated to isolation during Stage 3 restrictions, our construction team at Armstrong Creek have soldiered on. The Sales Office will move from its current location in the Warralily Shopping Centre to Villa 87 on the village site on 18 June. The Village Manager, Sue will also be onsite on a part time basis from this time. Please feel free to pop in and say hello.
Martha Bay update
Construction continues at Martha Bay on the Mornington Peninsula and the village is now home to 34 residents. The Clubhouse and Apartment building is really taking shape and the caravan storage area is now open.
A new Green Gables display will be open in the coming weeks. If you are interested in viewing this please contact the Sales Suite on 1800 998 990 to make an appointment to inspect this latest villa.
Wyndham Grange Village update
The first stage of Clubhouse renovation commences soon. The scope of works will include a new bar and a dance floor. There is still a good selection of new villas available at this restful and private oasis in Melbourne’s bustling western growth corridor. Don’t be put off by the road works on Leaks Road; the Sales Office is open and Pam and her team are always available for a chat and a cuppa. Completed villages – established homes update
A wide selection of established homes is offered for sale across our completed villages. Established homes have been previously occupied and are fully refurbished; some of them have stylish additions made by former owners.
As Casey Grange Village in Cranbourne is now fully reserved, the Sales Office is no longer open on weekends, but is staffed from 9am–4pm Monday to Friday.
